If sleeping rough just isn’t for you, don’t worry, there are still plenty of ways you can take part.
Sleep in
Why not spend the day sleeping in?
Spend an entire day in bed and get your friends and family to sponsor you. Set yourself certain rules such as no getting dressed, no leaving your bed (except for the bathroom that is!) and see how long you can last. Believe it or not, it’s harder than you think!
Sleep over
If you fancy being a bit more social, why not hold a sleep over?
You could cook a meal to share with your friends, put on face masks, watch films and play games. You can fundraise by getting your friends to make a donation to join in.
